The Kenny Reed Ranch is 440 acres.  On the property is an older one story home (pictured above), garage, typical outbuilding and corrals with a very large barn/maintenance building.
The owner rates the carrying capacity on the property at 30 pair cows and calves or 100 to 150 ewes.  The cows on the ranch are angus, the ranch shows their sheep at the National Western Stock Show and has had several champions and Reserve champions.  The breed of sheep are purebred Rambouillet and Merinos.

W-2919-6, and adjudicated to irrigate 91 acres with a pumping capacity of 1100 gpm.  The sprinkler is a 1995 8-tower Zimmatic, irrigation well permit #13090, adjudication case no. W-2919-69 and adjudicated to irrigate 129 acres with a pumping capacity of 1250 gpm.  The sprinkler is a 1994 7-tower Lockwood.  The annual G.A.S.P. payment for both wells is $980.00.
MINERALS: Presently there is a very old oil well pumping but the ranch has no minerals except on forty acres which will be reserved by the seller.
WILDLIFE:  The ranch is located in the Golden Triangle (Riverside, Jackson and Empire Reservoirs), causing thousands of ducks and geese to winter or to stop on the fall migration.
